Strategic Objectives
- To build the capacity of the minority groups in the field of Human rights lobbying and advocating;
- To elaborate a policy on minorities equal rights and gender equality promotion in the national, regional and international levels;
- To collaborate with civil society to lobby and advocate for equal minority rights;
- To study, research and analyze the legal situation of the minorities, monitor and report on minorities human rights violations and discriminations.
- Providing individual and group legal consultancies;
- Lending legal support to minority representatives, including guidance on legal proceedings;
- Elaborating, printing and disseminating IEC materials on human rights, gender equality and sexual diversity;
- Organizing informational and educational activities on human rights, gender equality, sexual diversity for the LGBTQ community, government institutions, civil society and youth;
- Organizing public events on the issues of human rights, gender equality and sexual diversity;
- Establishing cooperation with government institutions, civil society and involving them into the organization’s activities and events;
- Participating in regional and international events on human rights;
- Being active members of national, regional and international human rights watchdogs, as well as organizations, networks and coalitions working on gender equality issues;
- Monitoring and reporting on human rights violations on the grounds of minority issues;
- Monitoring hate speeches in media;
- Making shadow reports for international institutions (UN, CoE, OSCE etc.)
